Markets, markets, markets (Are you sensing a theme?)

As the title of these ramblings may indicate, most of my time of late has been prepping for all manner of market funtimes. Packing prints, printing cards, making badges and rolling gift wrap.  And I am ready to go!!

I will be at The Camberwell Arts Market this Saturday December 6th with the ever so clever Ray Stanbrook.

Next it's Crafty Fox Market at the Dogstar in Brixton on Sunday December 7th with a whole host of clever peeps.

After that, it's the Herne Hill Christmas Fair on Saturday 13th with Ray (again!) and Kim Winter of Flextiles.

Whew! I am excited and (as always) a little nervous at the same time.  Would be all kinds of aces to see you if you happen to be free to drop by.

In other news, I've done a little typewriter for the brilliant Keith John Lewis' new venture - a hyperlocal copywriting agency - no site yet but watch this space! If you need writing or general cleverness, Keith is your guy!

The lovely folks over at the Brixton Pound asked me to draw a gift lift of some of the lovely things I might hypothetically purchase if I had an abundance of the local currency.  It was WAY fun! I may have got a little bit carried away with my imaginary budget and my list includes a rather beautiful bicycle from Brixton Cycles. It also includes socks though so I think it's pretty balanced.  Keep an eye out for it in this month's Brixton Bugle and on Twitter for #Brixmas.  I've started working on some prints for an exhibition called 'Stranger' which will be at Studio73 in February. More about that later! In other S73 news, this Friday is the private view for 'dust never sleeps', a new show by the deeply lovely and crazy talented Martin Grover.  I shall be stopping by in the hopes that the box wine doesn't run out before I arrive!

Commissions? Yes, I do those! Pop by for an in-person chat at one of the markets above or drop me an email, a phone call a tweet - or the communication method of your choosing!
